– Life’s gallery of Heroines, VERY PRETTY color full page artwork of Romola in a soft blue gown and sitting at an antique book stand, a fictional person, artwork unsigned but probably by C. Allen Gilbert.
– Full page art or cartoon art by A. B. Walker (Sing a song of Wall Street, a pocket full of dough), Foster (probably Will Foster)(Couple getting married : Are you satisfied to take this man as your husband? Not quite, but he’s the best I could get).
– Two page centerspread art by F. W. Read (Young wife waiting for husband who has not yet come home by 1 am, “For he’s a jolly good fellow”).
– Some current events include : Philadelphia is hopeful with new Mayor Weaver, Boss Durham, United Gass Improvement Company, Mr. Elihu Root, Senator Boies Penrose, teachers are not being paid enough.
