– Full page black and white ads for Encyclopaedia Britannica, Tuxedo tobacco (with odd ad line “How do you know Billy’s been to the barber? Your Nose Knows”), Studebaker.
– Very interesting strip art on the interior Life header page with four groups around a cooking pot, youth, young women, young men, and old folks.
